Most home searches start on the public portals, where every buyer in Austin is looking at the same inventory at the same time. See It First™ shows you Compass homes while they are still in the early phases, before the open-house crowds and the bidding wars. Click through to start browsing, and reach out to me when something catches your eye. You get the early look, plus someone who knows the neighborhoods and can move fast.
For sellers
Launching as a Private Exclusive or Coming Soon listing is a way to test pricing and build buyer demand without piling up days on market or price drops. The public record only starts when you decide to go live, so you get real buyer feedback first and a clean launch when you're ready. If you're thinking about selling, I can walk you through how a Private Exclusive launch would work for your home.
The three phases
